*Description:* We’re looking for an experienced *Tech Lead* who will materialize a startup vision and mission into a technical solution, and lead the technical team to achieve these goals by providing assistance, guidance, and direction. *Qualifications:* * *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience. * *Technical Skills:* Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel framework). Experience with other relevant technologies such as web technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), databases (SQL and NoSQL), and microservices architecture is highly desirable. * *Leadership Abilities:* Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. * *Team Building:* Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performing development team, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring. * *Problem-Solving:* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
